The word 'chai' brings upon several emotions and memories for every Indian. There is always a story around every cup of 'chai'. By and large, India drinks milk tea. There are little variations of preparations, but the most popular kind is the 'Masala Chai'- tea leaves brewed in milk and water with a variety of Indian aromatic spices and herbs.
