The sweet tangy taste makes it very satisfying as a snack or even a dessert. This recipe is dedicated to a memorable lunch I had way back in the years in one of the fancy restaurants in India.
Grapes Walnut Raita (Yogurt Dip)
1 cup yogurt, greek yogurt works great too
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely powdered
1 Tbsp mint leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hr before serving. Serve chilled.

A lovely version of raita with grapes, walnut and minty fragrance. Definitely considering to make for the next round of raita at home.
I am allergic to walnuts so will add cashews in it. looks so tempting, I can eat it as it is.
