30 Days Pinned ...... Tummy In

Two hours in the gym daily, no food to eat, tried everything possible but the last few inches or lbs don't seem to go. Sick and tired of trying but still the fat seems to be rolling out from your favorite pair of jeans?
Its time to change that old routine and look the best in that dress which you've always wanted to wear.
Just follow these few Simple rules:
The best part is, it can be followed even when u’re on vacation.
  1. Lets start the day with some water (250 -500 ml lukewarm)
  2. Eat a fruit (15min, if u’re drinking 250 ml water and 30 min, in case of 500 ml) after drinking water.   
  3. Every other website or forums or blogs say “Eat every two hours”. Please don’t follow it blindly. Have heavy breakfast, normal lunch n dinner…. In between snack on fruits, health bars, dry fruits, fresh fruit juices (not packaged) or coconut water. (One thing at a time). Cut down on the portions as well and above all listen to your body except after 7:30 PM.
  4. Add more protein to your diet (For Vegetarians- cottage cheese, chickpeas, kidney beans, legumes, pulses,  egg white)
  5. One glass of buttermilk after lunch/ dinner.
  6. Minimum 2 lts and max 3 lts of water everyday (if possible drink lukewarm water throughout the day). Say Nooooo to cold water. More water if you are doing heavy workouts.
  7. No sweets for 6 days a week.
  8. Dinner latest by 7:30 PM …. After that only water or green tea. (Most of the people have some or other problem in following this point, but focus on your goal and you will be able to do it.
  9. Sleep not less than 7 hours and not more than 8 hours a day.
  10. 30 min exercise daily (Yoga and ‘Cardio with few abdominal exercises’ on alternate days will prove to be the best). (‘Cardio with few abs exercises’- For this you have to start with little warm-up and then follow a set of few abs exercises after jogging at one place for few seconds or using the step (stairs can also be used) for around 50 counts and in the end lie down at one place for your body to cool down.
  11. One day break in a week … no exercise and another day no diet….. eat anything, anytime and in any quantity. (Give one day break to your body). Make sure the “No exercise” and “No Diet” Day is not same

Just follows these rules for 30 days….. Tell your family, friends and even try it yourself and see the results and above all don’t cheat yourself, sweets only one day a week means only that day (you can just eat and eat without any guilt).

Great Post!! Only thing I want to know is whether you tried these things yourself and if yes.. how much did you lose in those 30 days... and one more thing... what about ur diet and exercise regime after the 30 days...

Hey Neha...

These tips are tried and tested on my Yoga students, friends and myself. If you follow everything to the point u'll see considerable difference in your inches in the very 1st week itself, but don't get carried away with sudden changes and stop following the steps .... continue them for months and I bet u'll never want to look back.... DO share ur today and 30 days later pics with us..... Regarding my weight loss... I lost around 9 KG's in a span of 3 months and loads of inches.... Enjoy the trip to Weight & Inch Loss :)

Hi Neha...I got many of my weight loss tips from Neety and Woahh I lost 18lbs in 3 months. As long as you loose 1-2 lbs per week, its healthy and you will be easily able to maintain it going forward. I have been maintaing this weight now for more than 6 months with almost no exercise
